I'm 16 years old Russian student, who lives in Latvia (xUSSR). I will finish my secondary school in 1998 and then i'll have all the ways open. BUT. There is NO possibility to gain good education in Computer Science in Latvia. Yes, there is some universities, maybe there is a good educational level, but no country other than Latvia thinks what Latvian diploma is more just the paper.
And now I'm looking for someone to sponsor my studies in US or to offer some scholarship. I'm sending this message to anyone who can help, if you think you can - read it.
